The role

As Client Partner at AdvanzoTech, you are the primary steward of selected enterprise relationships. You ensure stakeholders understand scope, risk, and progress without theatre — and that delivery teams have the access and decisions they need to ship with excellence.

You operate at the seam between commercial commitment and engineering reality: shaping roadmaps with product leads, escalating calmly when constraints shift, and protecting the standard of work AdvanzoTech is known for. Success is measured in durable partnerships and outcomes institutions can operate after launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive and operational relationships for assigned institutional accounts.
  • Align commercial commitments with delivery capacity, risk, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear status, decision logs, and escalation paths across client and AdvanzoTech teams.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design to keep outcomes operator-ready — not demo-ready only.
  • Identify expansion opportunities grounded in demonstrated value, never pressure theatre.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in client partnership, account leadership, or delivery ownership for enterprise technology engagements.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with composure and written clarity.
  • Working fluency with software delivery practices — enough to discuss scope, risk, and trade-offs honestly.
  • Track record protecting quality and trust under commercial pressure.
  • Strong facilitation skills across workshops, steering forums, and operational reviews.

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting, systems integration, or product-led enterprise delivery.
  • Experience in regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, government) or multi-region programmes.
  • Familiarity with AdvanzoTech-adjacent domains: platforms, AI governance, or digital transformation programmes.
